I got this for my daughter who loves mushrooms. We watched a YouTube video to see how to best yield results. They grew fast and it was so fun to document the growth. Today we harvested the oyster mushrooms and I pan-fried them with garlic and topped my veggie burger with them… so delicious!
You can also get a second crop by turning the material around and cultivating the second side of the box. What a great company to support and what a completely fun experiment whether you eat them or not (but eat them they’re delish)! We want to buy all the kits now. Absolutely worth the money my kids loved this (and they’re teenagers) and I highly recommend it!
