The box it came in seems excessively large for the materials inside, which was weird. But the experiments worked out perfectly!

You will need some household items to complete some/most of the experiments, like eggs, milk, oil, etc. Overall, this is a really fun science kit that will keep kids entertained for a long time. Everything is well-made and easy to use!
