Stocking Up the Kitchen Part 2!

Hello everyone and welcome back to another blog post on ~Foodie with a Passion~! Happy Saturday and I hope you’re having a good weekend so far. It is time for part 2 of the kitchen stock up so remember to click subscribe so you don’t miss another Foodie Fun 🤩

Alrighty! This haul was a combination of Costco and Walmart part 2.

Costco and Walmart
  • Kettle Chips – obviously I don’t eat these as fast as Hubby but I’m sure this bag will be gone by the end of the month since he’ll be here in 2 weeks
  • Crispy Onions – because I have an unhealthy obsession with these 🤣 I know for sure I will use these for burgers for the most part
  • Nissin Rao Ramen – debating whether to do hot ramen or cold dipping ramen. We’ll see for the weather on Tuesday
  • Ground Ginger – since it wasn’t in my spice rack and I use it for my ramen pork marinade as well as when I make potstickers
  • Lawry’s Seasoning Salt – we always have one of these in the house. For our burgers, meatloaf and meatballs. Oh I forgot to by Worcestershire sauce. I’ll get it when I actually make it
  • Unsalted Butter – I was outraged by the price at Publix for 2 sticks so I went ahead and just bought a 4-pack (x4 sticks) to throw in the freezer
  • Shiitake Mushrooms – these went into my Teriyaki Beef and Tofu last night 🤤
  • Domino Pure Cane Sugar – I needed some sugar for my teriyaki sauce
  • Onion Soup Mix – the owners left me a couple packets that were unexpired but I use these a lot so I might as well start a stockpile
  • Mixed Veggies – for spam fried rice as meal prep
  • Seasoned Rice Vinegar – in case I need it for the dressing of my cold dipping ramen
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil – the owners left me a whole cabinet of oils and vinegars and they were quite questionable…
  • Seeds of Change Brown Rice and Quinoa – and finally my easiest side dish that only takes 90secs to warm up is the microwave

And there we have it! As time go on, I’m going to slowly continue stockpiling for the pantry, fridge and freezer so I have a functioning kitchen again. So let me know in the comments below how you keep a rotating stock in your kitchen and until then…signing off!
