Fior di latte pepperoncino Traditionally from the area around Naples, this dish is eaten as an antipasto. INGREDIENTS ¼ cup chilli-infused olive oil 100 g pancetta, diced 1 T oak-smoked chilli flakes 2 slices ciabatta, broken into small cubes 4 balls fior di latte COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Heat the oil in a pan.
