It’s hard for me to not enjoy everything I make – don’t get me wrong, I have made things that to this day my kids still question how they survived / my kitchen credibility and such but I have grown – I promise. For me, salads are a constant, I haven’t made one I don’t enjoy and I think that’s because I love making them – the act of making them. It’s really where I can put my all into it, close my mind to everything else and cook from my soul. Today’s salad is using my Pad Thai recipe but adding the HERO Coconut Crusted Tofu to it. WOWZER is it ever delicious! It’s also SO simple to make...
Instant Pot Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake. Chocolate and mint are a great combination in this pressure cooker cheesecake. Ever since Fozzy ordered a Dragonfly Ripple cone from Bob Hope, mint chocolate chip ice cream has been one of my favorites. So, I thought “why don’t I use those flavors in a cheesecake? Instant Pot Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake [feast_advanced_jump_to] This recipe is similar to my Instant Pot Chocolate Chip Cheesecake, with peppermint extract to give it the right flavor, and green food coloring to give it the right color. This crispy chicken schnitzel with panko is a Mediterranean-inspired riff on the classic German fried chicken cutlet. Here, za’atar is added to the crispy panko coating on the chicken before pan-frying. The chicken is served with baked sweet potato wedges and a bright herby vinaigrette. Unfortunately, more managers are beginning to look like Frank Shirley, Griswold’s stingy boss. The recruiting firm Spherion Staffing Services released a survey of employees this week in which nearly half the respondents said they don’t expect their company...
Last week I saw an amazing photo of an incredible slow cooker French dip sandwich recipe and I couldn’t stop thinking about them. I wanted those sandwiches and I wanted them bad. But then I thought, “What if I tried to make vegetarian French dip sandwiches?” and then I was on a mission. This portobello mushroom-based French dip recipe turned out really amazing on the first try. So amazing, in fact, that this is the most enthusiastic that I’ve seen my boyfriend about any recipe that I’ve made for him so far. And I feed him a lot. ;) Originally posted 12-15-2016, updated 5-0-2022. What is a French Dip Sandwich? French dip sandwiches are made with tender shaved beef piled onto...
