Whenever I bake Sourdough Bagels for my family, they tend to disappear very fast. I used the same Soudough Bagel recipe from my blog and just shaped it in an oval shape. I incorporated Yudane Method into this recipe and made a Sourdough Bagel that is perfect for my taste. It is slightly chewy and soft. This shape is inspired by an Instagramer (sakarya eksimaya).
